QUESTION: I DO NOT SEE ANY WET REFILLS FOR THE X-LARGE SWEEPER, HOW DO YOU REFILL YOURS FOR WET WIPING?
• Actually, I'm not for sure if they do make them. I use my Swiffer Wet Jet or my steam mop.
• I have not found x-large sweeper refill anywhere including swiffer's website. I use two of the smaller ones or my steam mop. More of us need to contact Swiffer about this problem.
• They once where available here on amazon, but as of now I use thick disposable wipes that are regular. The way the holes are positioned you can still use the regular size ones, but I understand that it defeats the purpose of buying exlarge. I got tired of looking, and it is a shame that the wet clothes are'nt available here on Amazon. I also tried to use the ex-large dry ones with a wet solution, kind of leave trash behind. If you find any let us know, I like it because of throw away and the larger space it covers.
• you can get them, but I don't use them as we have wood floors vs tile. The wet wipes specifically say do not use on wood floors, so end of discussion there. I have several that came packed with my regular wipes that are useless to me. If you have wood, we use a terry cloth with another product called Boniva that seems to work wonders. If you have tile, the large wets are available if you search for them, or you can double smaller sizes up. Good luck!
• Mine is only the dry version.

QUESTION: 2 QUESTIONS. IS THIS DURABLE? IS THIS PORTABLE? IE. CAN YOU COLLAPSE THE BOOM STICK TO MAKE IT EASIER TO TRANSPORT?
• Yes! It is durable and can be easily taken apart into 4 pieces for transport.
• Yes, and Yes, But if you are intending to do a pretty good size room then you might invest in another one or go for the bigger size.

QUESTION: I DON;T LIKE CHEMICALS OR THEIR SMELLS. WILL THIS WORK FINE ON TILE/LAMINATE IF I JUST USE THE DRY PADS? I HAVE A CAT, DOG, AND A BABY.
• The dry ones work fine on tile. I use the wet ones to wash the the bathroom and kitchen floors and then use the dry ones in between washes.
• I have only used this on wood flooring and it works fine, albeit a bit smaller than I expected. If you get one and you have a lot of floors to clean, get the bigger size.
• don't know about dry pads, I didn't like this mop because its wet pads never cleaned anything, they were useless
• Dry pads won't clean the floors. Using dry pads is just like dusting them. You'll still have baby and animal germs all over the place.
• Yes, you can use without chems that's what I do now, also when the floors get sticky kid stuff I use "Simply Green" non toxic and it's just a natural cleaner chk it out.

QUESTION: CAN THE HANDLE EXTEND
• Nope. It's a fixed length. But it does pivot at the base.
• it just snap into place and that it.
• The handle on mine extends to the normal broom length, it is fine.
• I don't think so.
• Hi, It's the regular extension of a Swifter. So up to your stomach/chest. I hope this helps

QUESTION: DOES THE HANDLE COME IN THIS STARTER KIT? AND, DO THE CLOTHS ATTACH WITH VELCRO?
• yes the handle comes in the kit...No - the cloths do not attach with velcro they attach with four holes.
• Yes the handle does come in the starter kit but the cloths do not have Velcro, they attach as they do on the smaller Swifter.
• Yes, the handle comes in the starter kit but, the cloths do not attach with Velcro. The cloths fold over the sweeper just like the smaller swiffer sweepers and push into the underside of the sweeper head. It uses disposal cloths.Hope this helps. I do love mine for my hardwood and ceramic floors...
• Yes, the handle is part of the starter kit; no there is no velcro, the cloths punch down in holes in the head of the mop. the holes are tight and the cloths stay intact during mopping process. I love my swiffer mop. I hope this helps.

QUESTION: WOULD THIS WORK WELL ON LAMINATE FLOORING?
• supposed to. I haven't tried it on laminate , only on vinyl flooring and it did nothing
• I believe it will, should work on any surface without a carpet
• I think it would work on any smooth floor. tried on my kitchen tiles and didn't work because of the grout. use on my wood floors and love it.
• I have laminate and It works great . It saves time and it's easy to use
• I don't know as I have never had laminate flooring. I would check with a flooring company and ask them a generalize question as to what cleaning material would work best.
• waste of money
• Yes, It will work on the lams If you got a lot of floor to dust then purchase the next size up of this mop.

QUESTION: DOES IT INCLUDE THE MOP?
• I think the answer is yes. The flat head with the wet wipes functions like a mop. But it doesn't have a traditional stringy mop head, if that's what you are looking for.
• Yes it includes the mop. But if you're expecting the Swiffer WetJet (with the squirting gun), it's not that. It's just a stick with the flat end where you attach the wet cloths (or dry cloths).
• It includes dry clothes for sweeping and a moistened cloth for mopping

QUESTION: IS IT ONE BIG SHEET OR DO YOU HAVE TO USE 2 SMALLER SHEETS
• You have to use 2 smaller sheets. I should have bought the smaller mop, since they don't manufacture wet sheets for the X-large mop. It was a waste of money.
• they use smaller sheets it works good for me.
• I use one big sheet. They are available on Amazon, makes it real easy. I would not go to the trouble of trying to get two smaller sheets on the X-large Swiffer Sweeper.,
• Just one big sheet

• Yes, a couple of wet ones and a dry one.

• yes it mops up liquid, not made for big spills you may have to change cloth
