QUESTION: HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE CLEANING SURFACE? CAN YOU WIPE OFF DUST AND REUSE?
• I haven't tried that. The dusters are like dust magnets. I just throw them away when they are filled with dust. Maybe you can take them outside and shake them off, but I'm not sure what you are saving. They work really well.
• When it has lots of visible dirt I replace it. One large and dirty window blind will load it up. I think the dust sticks so I'm not sure wiping will work?
• Yes Sir you will, try to buy them as low cost as possible I wish they were inexpensive but... they work well my wife's a big fan too.
• you can use one cleaning pad to clean all you need the pad grips all the dust without releasing it back in the air I dust once a week depending on the refill packs you purchase the refill dusters last you a long time really good product it also comes with a dust handle on which you place the dust pad.
• Normal household ..I reckon it will last a month. However it really depend on the house condition....if its dusty, then probably only a week. You can wash the duster by hand & it will still work after that, abliet less efficient. Just wet the soiled duster throughly, apply a little dish washer liquid, then fold into half & keep patting it under a running water. Open it up & continue running under the water untill most dirt are out. Then air dry.When you are about to use this, loosen/ fling the duster lightly so as the edge is fluffy & then its good to go. Hope this will help you save money.

QUESTION: HOW DO YOU GET THE REFILL TO STAY ON THE HANDLE?
• I push the two prongs of the handle into the slots on the back of the duster. I haven't had any problems with the duster falling off. Sorry. Wish I could be more helpful.
• There are small "columns" on the back. The "fork" part of the handle actually slides through these "column" by placing the top of the "fork" points to the bottom of the duster and sliding it through, holding the swifter firmly in place.

QUESTION: ARE THESE UNSCENTED?
• I haven't put my nose into the duster, but I'm pretty sure that it's unscented. I hate ones with "fragrance".

QUESTION: HOW WELL DO THESE PICK UP PET HAIR?
• If it's on a table, very well. Of course it will not pick up off of say a couch or other fabric item. For that I use tape. :-)
• They work better then anything I've ever used because the dusters pick up rather then just move hair around. I think you will like the way they work
• Very well off hard surfaces (floors, tables, counters etc...). On upholstered surfaces, they are good at picking up the surface hairs, but there's always those pet hairs that are stuck in the weave of the fabric that these miss. I have 2 cats and I am happy with them.

QUESTION: HOW LONG IS THE HANDLE?
• I don't have it in front of me but it is about 12 inches in length.
• The grip part is about 6 inches or so
• For this model, it is about one foot long. I no longer have it so can't measure, but that is my memory of it.

QUESTION: MY CEILINGS ARE OVER 9' TALL WITH FANS. HOW LONG DOES THE HANDLE EXTEND?
• Not that long. You'll have to still get up on ladder or stool to reach your fans.
• about 36" . I duct tape it to a long expanding pole I have to do my beams
