QUESTION: WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS, AS MY SWIFFER IS 17" X 5"?
• They fit my large sized swiffer mop which is sized 17" x 5" like your mop. Before I found these online, I was using two small cloths to cover the large mop. Definitely not as convenient! And please note: Contrary to another reviewer, this specific package is ONLY the cloths; it doesn't come with a mop.
• Hi sorry it took long to check my emails. Anyway the refills are for an x-large Swiffer, dimensions are "17x 5". I buy tem on amazon because the price is great, just make sure your total expense is $25.00 so you don't pay shipping. Also select different buyer to check who has the best prices. QUESTION: WHAT IT SMEELS LIKE? THE QUESTION FOR NON-SMOKERS! THANK YOU
• I don't smell anything when using or after use.
• Dry swiffer has no odor, I do not use wet
• No scent! I just stuck my nose in the box and smelled only the faint odor of the cardboard.
• It smells good and refreshing!
• I will say there is NO odor whatsoever.... If you are worried about smoking odors,, stop worrying,,,I was a smoker for years and believe me I can smell cigarette or cigar smoke 100 yards away.....
• The cloths are unscented. It isn't like the ones you buy in the store for the smaller swiffer that have the febreeze fragrance added to the cloths.

QUESTION: DO THEY FIT THE REGULAR SIZE SWIFFER MOP OR IS THERE ANOTHER MOP ONE HAS TO PURCHASE?
• I use the same sweeper (X-Large)) for the X-Large floor dusters and the X-Large Wet Mops. These would be much too large for the regular sized Swiffer mop. But the X-Large covers so much more area and does the job much quicker!
• They could fit the regular size but might be a lit large. I have had the extra large swiffer mop for a few years now but found it difficult to still find the cloths for the mop at any local stores. I haven't even seen the large mop anymore either.
• You need a larger mop. I bought one at a county/state fair. Using them on a regular size would be a waste.

• These only fit the larger Swiffer sweeper/mop. When it first came out you could get both the dry and wet mops for it but now I can only find the dry mops. Therefore we bought a small Swiffer as well instead of using two small wet mops on the larger model. Hope this helps.
• This is for the large size swiffer mop, not the small size. The first swiffer mop was large or long in width when they came out with it. The large size are hard to find at the stores. Hope this helps

QUESTION: HOW WELL DO THESE WORK ON WOOD LAMINATE FLOORS, CLEANING AND SHINING?
• I have tile, wood, and laminate flooring. I use these sniffers on all of them, and my floors look great. I didn't realize how much "yuck" can be on all floors until I began using swiffers. Hope this helps n your decisions.
• Excellent for light to heavy dust filled wood or laminate floors. I use them for commercial purposes at a retail store that has hardwood floors daily. You may consider additional Swifter products for wet solution cleaning suited for your type of floors for deeper cleaning that will give additional shine.
• I have hardwood floors and this product works well to pick up dust, fuzz, hair, lint...maneuvers easily along baseboards, under edges of appliances, even around table legs in the breakfast room. It picks up anything from the floor but it does not contain any shining agent. I love it for in-between cleanings and consider the strong point to be the fact that it requires no chemicals and leaves no residue (which is also why i use a steamer to deep clean my wood floors--no chemicals, no allergens).
• They pick up dirt and dust very well. I use them on all hardwood floors and tiled floors. floorboards as well. shiny ? not sure about that one but does clean.
• Works great for picking up dust, pet hairs, etc. Not for shining the floor.

QUESTION: WHAT SWIFFER CLOTHS GO WITH THE WOOD SWEEPER
• I don't know which sweeper is the wood sweeper. I have the regular size and the X-large sweepers, both have dry and wet cloths to purchase. And the dry cloths can be used on hardwood floors. I wouldn't recommend using the wet ones on real wood.
• Im not familiar with a wood sweeper in the swiffer family.

• These are totally dry Swiffer pads, I have used on all wood, tile floors. Great at picking up dog fur!
• Definitely good for hardwoods. I've been using Swiffer on my hardwood floors for years and am satisfied with the results. Don't hesitate to buy these. And...get on Amazon's automatic refill plan . :-)
• The website says to use on Any floors. However, the wet Swiffer cloths say **Do not use Swiffer Sweeper wet mopping cloths on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden boards, non-sealed tiles or carpeted floors because they may be water sensitive. " I love the dry cloths! Hope this helps.
• I don't know if they are officially approved, but I have used them on real wood floors without a problem. These Swifters are dry and essentially act as an enhanced dust cloth. They do a great job at picking up things you might otherwise miss, but don't require the dirty task of keeping a dust mop around.

• Press cloth into4 anchors on the top of the mop.
• If you have the product it is easy to see that you press the cloth into the four places on the top of the Swiffer mop. thes only fit the Swiffer product.

QUESTION: WHERE ARE THE X LARGE MOPPING REFILLS (WET)? THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. I KNOW THEY EXIST BECAUSE THEY CAME IN THE X LARGE MOP KIT.

QUESTION: IS THE X-LARGE THE SAME THING AS THE MAX?
• Yes it is the biggest one. My sweeper head is about 9 long.
• The X-large will fit a 17 inch x 5 inch swiffer
• It's the largest dry cloth I have seen. I haven't heard of the "max"
• Yes they are. We had Swiffer Max down south before they changed the name to Swiffer Xl and then they became almost impossible to find
• My best answer to your question is: My Swiffer unit is almost 18 inches wide. The other option is one that is a little over 10 inches wide. The one you see on commercials is the smaller unit. Since I have the extra wide, I can usually only find the refill clothes on Amazon.com and not found in my local stores. I'm not sure what Swiffer Max is. Would have to look it up.
