• Yes it can. The bottle is locked shut by a couple of tabs but they can be subverted. Do a google search on your question and you will find instructions.

• I don't believe they are intended to be refilled. There is a cal that probably could be pried off and replaced after filling although it looks like it might breake if you tried that.
• It doesn't seem like it but I did find other less intrusive scented versions at Walmart then the one this came with.

QUESTION: CAN YOU USE THE SWIFFER WET JET WITH DRY SWIFFER PADS TO DUST
• No. The wetjet pads attach with Velcro, so the others will not work.
• Theoretically you can, but it will end up making more of a mess than what you started with. I would us the Swiffer dry cloths by itself or use the swiffer sweep and vac.
