QUESTION: CAN SWIFFER 360 DUSTERS BE WASHED? BY HAND? IN WASHING MACHINE?
• You could probably wash by hand but you would loose all the magic. These are electrostatically charged which causes the dust to be attracted to them. Water neutralizes the charge making them about as useful as a dry paper towel, moving the dust around while picking very little up.
• They suck up the suct but are pretty flimsy. Mire are usually falling apart after a few dustings. I don't think they would last either.

• I don't think that they can be washed. I dispose of mine after cleaning.

• Yes you can hand wash them and then buy a can of original Endust in the red can. Spray it on the washed Swiffer dusters when ready to reuse. The red can Endust is made to spray on a cloth or dust mop to make it "static" and collect dust better. Only respray after next washing not at every use. Shake the dusters while they dry to help fluff them back out. Of course eventually you will need to toss them. It is up to you if you want to go to the bother or not but it is an option.

• I found new, original packages to have both, additional refills are available. There is a long and short version of the handles. My cleaning lady likes both, so there you go, we have both. I find the BX & local outlets to be deficient in replacement refills, like always Amazon has a far better selection, I signed up for Prime & a subscription. Good luck~!Tex

• Yes, it does.
• The 360 Swiffer will fit onto the 180 Swiffer and has the added advantage of providing a much larger surface area for dusting.
• I don't know if our handle is called "180 holder", but I found a number on it - 00123148010423, perhaps it relate to the "180 holder"

QUESTION: WHY DOES THE REFILL KEEP FLYING OFF THE HOLDER? HOT TO STOP THIS?!?!?
• Are you sliding the refill on the prongs using sleeve-like openings on the refill. You kind of tug the refill on the holder.
• Are you inserting the holder into the two little openings of white material? I found it difficult to find myself. The holder, when inserted correctly, fits very tightly into the refill. make sure it is pushed all the way through, then it will not come off that easily. Hope this helps.
• Make sure you are using a Swiffer Wand and not some off brand, this would cause the refills to not fit properly. When using refills make sure your refill duster is on correctly by sliding the prongs though the white "sleeves" and snug it to the end of the wand.

• I never attempted to wash this produce. 360 duster is a marvel. Washing it would make this disposable wonder a hindrance in cleaning. Placing a used duster in my washer is not worth it. I do understand the cost and recycling concerns, but some inventions should not be tampered with.

QUESTION: HOW MANY USES PER DUSTER?
• Depends on how dirty things are. If you're doing the blades of a ceiling fan that you clean once or twice a season, then that's probably all you'll get out of it. If you're dusting the whole house, you may get several uses. I tend to use it then shake it outside to extend the life.
• I use one of them to dust every two weeks, then toss it. Although I dust the whole house (1400 sq. ft.) with it, ending with the blades of my 3 ceiling fans.
